Futurenation organized a workshop on “Skills Assessment Framework” with the HR professionals of the leading multinationals and local conglomerates. In this workshop, the Futurenation team shared a home-grown aptitude assessment framework by which someone’s natural ability to complete a task can be measured, which will eventually assist the corporates in finding the right kind of human resources with appropriate skill sets for their organizations. The workshop took place on 27th June 2022 at the Six Seasons Hotel.
