Futurenation program understands the significance of this and designed the tools and processes to develop the Assessment Portal. In this portal, the user is presented with appropriately designed aptitude, psychometric and specific skill-centric tests. These tests are structured in an adaptive manner and are part of a set of decision trees. These decision trees are well-designed and conform to the global standards of assessing learners’ skill levels. The assessment tests evaluate the user in two broad dimensions namely the employment track and entrepreneurship track with the help of employability scoring and creditworthiness scoring.

Learning Management System

A Learning Management System (LMS) is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of educational courses, training programs, or learning and development programs. LMS delivers and manages all types of content, including videos, courses, and documents. In the education and higher education markets, an LMS will include a variety of functionality that is similar to corporate but will have features such as rubrics, teacher and instructor-facilitated learning, a discussion board, and often the use of an appropriately designed syllabus.

The main objective of LMS is to enhance the learning process and take users through the learning path generated by the results of the Futurenation Assessment Platform. The LMS will not only deliver content but also handle registering courses, course administration, skill gap analysis, tracking, and reporting. The LMS will deliver major functions i.e., manage learners, deliver, and organize different course modules, assess learners through examinations, and provide certification and tracking and reporting.

Futurenation LMS implements an adaptive learning approach that takes learner’s capabilities into consideration for providing personalized learning experiences. Learners’ capabilities are evaluated through assessments in Assessment Portal. 

Futurenation LMS is an aggregator platform as well. It will host selected courses from several renowned external LMS platforms along with its own course contents. This provides you with a rich and wide collection of course content to ensure an effective learning journey for you.


Job Recommendation Engine

The Futurenation Job Recommendation Engine is a solution based on an algorithm that allows providing relevant employment options to qualified candidates from the learning management system. With the support of artificial intelligence technologies, the recommendation engine will be able to select probable job opportunities in such a way that they will be contextually appropriate or suitable for you with a high mathematical probability.

In other words, the AI-enabled recommendation engine will generate a personalized set of recommendations that are tailored to your qualification, expectations, and interests. You will be able to apply for your desired job from the recommended job list. The system will be able to track the job status and progress and display the results on the Futurenation user profile.

The main objective of the job recommendation engine will be to connect qualified candidates from the learning management program with the appropriate livelihood options based on the candidate’s education, knowledge, skills, learning, aptitude, and choice. 

Futurenation Job Recommendation Engine will be connected with the systems of different employers. This helps to gather information regarding required skill sets, available jobs in various domains, and job forecasts. These are required as inputs for the job-matching algorithm built into the AI module of the Job Recommendation Engine. The recruiter module also provides the interface for job recruiters to create job posts, track the status of previously posted jobs, and track the number of applications for the jobs.
